Self-deprecating, bold and a bit cheeky. This is how the pizzeria ‘Numero Uno’ presents itself. Its name already reveals a personality that wants to be daring but not take itself too seriously. Numero Uno pays homage to the Italpizza recipe of the same name.
And it is the tradition and passion of the historic Italian brand that Numero Uno is founded on - artisanal pizza with an industrial heart.
Tone of Voice is simple and direct, yet also bold. It plays with the asterisk, representing frost, but accentuates its desire to convey more.
The colours could be described as ‘institutional’, calling themselves Italpizza Red and Dough Beige - nothing superfluous. The typography is soft, with exaggerated heights and plastic curves, giving it a rather friendly look. That is how a historic pizza finds a new home ‘out of home’, in an informal, warm, and welcoming setting. Because with pizza, any time is the right time.
